These conditions govern use of pactxp.cc, published by 1PACTXP (SIREN 944 571 785). By using this website you accept them.

The site is free to use for personal, non-commercial reading. You must not attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, overload the service with automated requests or use this website unlawfully.

The studio can suspend access temporarily for maintenance, security or legal reasons.

The studio take reasonable care over the content, but it is general information and can change without notice. Descriptions of titles in development reflect the position when written; the store listing and the title’s own privacy notice are authoritative once a title is released.

If you spot an error, tell us so the studio can correct it.

PactXP titles will be distributed through Google Play, whose conditions govern downloads, payments and refunds. Your statutory consumer rights under French and EU law are not affected.

Text, graphics, layout and code belong to 1PACTXP or are used with permission. Do not use the PactXP name to suggest endorsement without written permission. Short quotations for review or news reporting are welcome where French law allows, with the source acknowledged.

Names and marks of other businesses that appear on this website, such as Google Play, belong to their owners.

Links to services such as Google Play or the official company register are provided for reference only. The studio are not responsible for their content or practices, and a link does not imply any partnership.

Nothing in these conditions limits liability that cannot be limited under French law, including liability for gross negligence, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury.

Subject to that, the studio are not liable for loss arising from temporary unavailability of this website or reliance on general information. The studio take reasonable steps to keep this website free from malicious code, but you should keep your own devices protected.

The studio aim to keep this website usable with assistive technology. If any part is hard to use, tell us and the studio will provide the information another way.

If a court finds part of these conditions unenforceable, the rest continues to apply. If the studio do not enforce a right immediately, the studio can still do so later.

These conditions are written in French and English; in case of inconsistency the French version prevails.

The studio can revise these conditions, for example when a title is released. The version and date at the top show the latest change, and changes never apply retrospectively.

These conditions are governed by French law. If you are a consumer, you can use a consumer mediator free of charge and the EU online dispute resolution platform, and you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of residence. Otherwise the courts with jurisdiction over our head office are competent.
